The Bookings application provides an easy to use replacement for the traditional paper booking sheet, it is designed to show at a glance which members have bookings and their status.

Any number of bookable activities or areas can be defined, along with additional resources such as instructors or equipment. The program keeps track of what activities and resources are in use and prevents duplicate bookings from being made.
The screen layout can easy be changed to show Day, Week, Month, Year or Activity views and the selected date range can also be easily changed. This means that making a booking is as simple as selecting the day, then clicking on the required time and entering the details.

The Bookings program also links to the gullMartin Membership database giving instant access to members’ details, and allowing the analysis of bookings data.
